This Exchange and Returns Policy presents the Terms and Conditions of Use for the services offered by the company Columbus Gold, with the corporate name Columbus Gold Importadora Ltda, registered under CNPJ 05.084.219/0001-30. Our Administrative Headquarters and Distribution Center are located at Rua Raposo Tavares, 1218 – Pilarzinho Neighborhood – Curitiba-PR, Brazil, with the website available at the link www.columbusgold.com.br.

PRODUCT VERIFICATION

To avoid any problems with your purchase, please pay attention to the following information when placing your order:

  • Check the color specified in the product description (photos are for illustration purposes only).
  • Check the complete description of the products.
  • Check the dimensions, ensuring the product can pass through doors and elevators.

PRODUCT REFUSAL (Upon Delivery)

Product refusal must be exercised at the time of receipt. Otherwise, it will be classified as withdrawal or cancellation (within the legal timeframe).

Reasons for Refusal include:

  • Product damaged during transport (damage).
  • Missing accessories.
  • Violated packaging.
  • Product not in accordance with the order.

If the product is damaged, refuse the receipt and contact Customer Service (GQCC) immediately.

CANCELLATION DUE TO WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the legal period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of product receipt, to withdraw from the purchase and request cancellation due to withdrawal.

PRODUCT REFUSAL – DEFECT

Columbus Gold guarantees the right to exchange the product in case of a manufacturing defect, bearing the shipping costs.

Repair within 30 Days

If the product is not repaired within 30 (thirty) days, the Consumer may choose between the following alternatives:

  • Replacement of the product with an identical one, or if out of stock, with a similar item;
  • Refund of the amounts paid by the consumer.

Exceptions

Columbus Gold is exempt from the responsibility of accepting the return of any product where the defect occurred due to misuse by the customer or which does not meet the necessary criteria for return.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN

For product return (whether due to withdrawal or defect), the customer must:

  • 1. Prepare the product for shipping, obligatorily attaching the 1st copy of the sales invoice. Without this document, the exchange request will not be accepted.
  • 2. Adequately package the product (bubble wrap or similar materials) to prevent damage during return transit. Improper shipping resulting in a new defect will immediately cancel the return.
