PRODUCT VERIFICATION
To avoid any issues with your purchase, please pay attention to the following information when placing your order:

Check the dimensions specified in the product description, ensuring the product can pass through doors and elevators.
PRODUCT REFUSAL (Upon Delivery)
The refusal of products may occur for several reasons and must be exercised at the time of receipt. Otherwise, it will not be classified as refusal but as regret or cancellation (provided it is within the legal deadline).
The following are considered reasons for Refusal:

Product damaged during transport (damage/breakage);

Missing accessories;

Violated packaging;

Product inconsistent with the order.
If the product is damaged during transport, refuse the receipt and contact Customer Service (GQCC) immediately.
CANCELLATION DUE TO REGRET
The customer has the legal period of 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of product receipt, to withdraw from the purchase and request cancellation due to regret.
PRODUCT REFUSAL – DEFECT
Columbus Gold ensures the right to exchange the product in case of a manufacturing defect, bearing the shipping costs.
Repair within 30 Days: If the product is not repaired within 30 (thirty) days, the Consumer may choose between the following alternatives:

Replacement of the product with an identical one, or in the absence of the same in stock, with a similar item;

Refund of the values paid by the consumer.
Exceptions: Columbus Gold is exempt from the responsibility of accepting the return of any product where the defect occurred due to misuse by the customer or that does not meet the necessary criteria for the return.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN
For product returns (whether due to regret or defect), the customer must:

Prepare the product for shipping, mandatorily attaching the 1st copy of the sales invoice (Nota Fiscal). Without this document, the exchange request will not be accepted.

Adequately pack the product, using bubble wrap or similar materials, to avoid damage during the return journey. If the item is improperly shipped and returns showing a new defect (different from the one mentioned), the return will be immediately canceled under the justification of misuse during re-shipment.
