This Delivery Policy presents the Terms and Conditions of Use for the services offered by the company Columbus Gold, with the corporate name Columbus Gold Importadora Ltda, registered under CNPJ 05.084.219/0001-30. Our Administrative Headquarters and Distribution Center are located at Rua Raposo Tavares, 1218 – Bairro Pilarzinho – Curitiba-PR, Brazil, with the website available at the link www.columbusgold.com.br.

In all cases, the user will receive an immediate confirmation of the request receipt, which will be processed and answered within a maximum period of five days.

Handling and Responsibility upon Receipt
All products supplied by Columbus Gold do not require assembly/disassembly.
Considering that delivery personnel are not authorized to assemble, install, or disassemble products, remove doors or windows, transport products via internal stairwells, hoist them from the exterior of the building, or perform any activity other than the simple delivery of the product, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the product dimensions are compatible with the dimensions of the doors, elevators, passages, and corridors of the chosen delivery location.
In apartment buildings, delivery will be made at the concierge/doorman area, with the customer being solely responsible for the custody and transportation of the products to their floor and unit. For the delivery to be completed, the customer must authorize a person over 18 years of age (friends, relatives, doormen, or others) to receive and check the products and sign the respective protocol. The delivery service does not include any other activity on the part of the delivery personnel.
Verification upon Receipt: What to Check
The customer must check the following aspects upon receipt. In case of any discrepancy, the customer must refuse to receive the product in question and immediately contact Columbus Gold's Customer Service for a resolution:

If the packaging is open, violated, or damaged;

If the product is damaged by transport, opened, violated, or used;

If the delivered products do not match the acquired products and/or the invoice, or if the contents of the packaging are incomplete, missing parts or accessories.
If the product is improperly received, the customer may request an exchange only in the cases provided for in the Exchange and Returns Policy.
Covered Locations
Columbus Gold delivers throughout Brazil via the Post Office (Correios) or contracted carriers. At the time of purchase, it is the customer's responsibility to verify delivery availability for the desired ZIP code (CEP).
Processing and Shipping Times
The total delivery time will be counted from the date of order approval and payment confirmation, which can take up to 3 (three) business days. The processing time in our Distribution Center varies according to the product type, which will be reflected in the final estimate provided in the cart:

Decorative Products and Stock Items (Vases, Sculptures, Artifacts, etc.): Product dispatch is carried out within up to 24 (twenty-four) business hours after payment confirmation.

High-End Furniture and Custom Products: Due to the exclusive nature of these items and the need for quality review, reinforced packaging, and, in cases of customization, the time for artisanal painting, processing can take up to 30 (thirty) business days before shipping to the carrier.
Some exceptional situations may cause delays in the delivery of purchased products, such as indicating an incorrect, incomplete, or nonexistent address, or the occurrence of natural (rain, floods) or human factors (strikes, protests, accidents), known as unforeseen events (eventos fortuitos) and force majeure. In these cases, Columbus Gold will do its best to keep the customer informed and to effect delivery as soon as possible.
Delivery Time
Columbus Gold performs deliveries of purchased products via the post office or contracted carriers. If the delivery address is located in a condominium, the consumer must inform any delivery time restrictions at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their order status and ensure that someone is able to receive the order on the scheduled date.
Shipping Cost
For purchased products, the prices listed at the time of your order apply, excluding the shipping cost. The Shipping Cost is automatically calculated by the website at the time of purchase, based on the weight, volume, and quantity of the acquired products, as well as the distance between our distribution centers and the delivery location informed by the customer.
At the sole discretion of Columbus Gold, we may make special shipping categories available on our site, specified for some products and locations, on a definitive or temporary basis.
Amendments
The guidelines and provisions indicated in this Delivery Policy may be altered at Columbus Gold's discretion, at any time and without prior notice to the customer. However, the consumer is guaranteed the right to the conditions in force at the time of order approval and payment confirmation. Columbus Gold will make a descriptive page available on the site for each product, which will contain information regarding its characteristics, composition, and total price.
