Our Administrative Headquarters and Distribution Center are located at Rua Raposo Tavares, 1218 – Bairro Pilarzinho – Curitiba-PR, Brazil, with the website available at the link www.columbusgold.com.br.

Handling and Responsibility Upon Receipt

All products supplied by Columbus Gold do not require assembly or disassembly.

Considering that the delivery personnel are not authorized to assemble, install, or disassemble the products, remove doors or windows, transport the products via internal stairways, hoist them from the outside of the building, or perform any activity other than the simple delivery of the product, it is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product dimensions are compatible with the dimensions of the doors, elevators, passages, and corridors of the delivery location chosen by them.

In buildings, the delivery will be made at the concierge/doorman's station, with the customer being solely responsible for the custody and transport of the products up to their floor and unit. For delivery to take place, the customer must authorize a person over 18 years of age (friends, relatives, doormen, or others) to receive and check the products and sign the respective protocol. The delivery service does not include any other activity on the part of the delivery personnel.

Verification Upon Receipt: What to Check

The customer must check the following aspects upon receipt. In case of any discrepancy, the customer must refuse to receive the product in question and immediately contact Columbus Gold's Customer Service for a solution:

  • 🚨 If the packaging is open, violated, or damaged;
  • 🚨 If the product is damaged by transport, open, violated, or used;
  • 🚨 If the delivered products do not match the purchased products and/or the invoice, or if the content of the packages is incomplete, missing parts or accessories.

In case of improper receipt of the product, the customer may request an exchange only in the cases provided for in the Exchange and Returns Policy.

Service Areas

Columbus Gold delivers throughout Brazil via the Post Office or contracted carriers. At the time of purchase, it is the customer's responsibility to verify delivery availability for the desired ZIP code (CEP).

Processing and Shipping Times

The total delivery time will be counted from the order approval date and payment confirmation, which can take up to 3 (three) business days. Processing time at our Distribution Center varies according to the product type, which will be reflected in the final estimate provided in the cart:

  • Decoration Products and In-Stock Items (Vases, Sculptures, Artifacts, etc.): Product dispatch is carried out within up to 24 (twenty-four) business hours after payment confirmation.
  • High-End Furniture and Personalized Products: Due to the exclusive nature of these items and the need for quality review, reinforced packaging, and, in cases of personalization, artisanal painting time, processing can take up to 30 (thirty) business days before shipment to the carrier.

Some exceptional situations may cause delays in the delivery of purchased products, such as providing an incorrect, incomplete, or non-existent address, or the occurrence of natural (rain, floods) or human (strikes, demonstrations, accidents) factors, known as fortuitous events and force majeure. In these cases, Columbus Gold will do its best to keep the customer informed and to complete the delivery as soon as possible.

Delivery Hours

Columbus Gold carries out deliveries of purchased products through the Post Office or contracted carriers. If the delivery address is located in a condominium, the consumer must inform, at the time of purchase, any restrictions on delivery hours. It is the customer's responsibility to pay attention to the status of their order and ensure that there will be someone able to receive the package on the expected date.

Shipping Cost

For purchased products, the prices listed at the time of your order apply, excluding the shipping cost. The Shipping Cost is calculated automatically by the website at the time of purchase, based on the weight, volume, and quantity of the purchased products, as well as the distance between our distribution centers and the delivery location informed by the customer.

At the sole discretion of Columbus Gold, we may offer special shipping categories on our website, specified for some products and for some locations, either permanently or temporarily.

Regarding Changes

The guidelines and provisions indicated in this Delivery Policy may be altered at the discretion of Columbus Gold, at any time and without prior communication to the customer. However, the consumer is guaranteed the right to the conditions in force at the time of order approval and payment confirmation. Columbus Gold will provide a descriptive page for each product on the website, which will contain information related to its characteristics, composition, and total price.
